My wheels this is the way I usually get to medical appointments and other fun events.

I am limited I what I can do so this mode of transportation has become my norm. Yes, we have a lift for my chair on the back if the car (it weighs about 265 lbs!) and I can still drive myself if I have help getting it on/off the lift, BUT... With gas prices as high as they are, I tend to utilize this resource. It's not the most comfy I've ever experienced, but it IS made available to me.

  1. Hi There, It's great that transportation like that is available for you --and others... I would take advantage of it also!!!!

Love your area of the country --since, as you know, I grew up in Big Stone Gap... Your photos from that area remind me of 'home'... Thanks!
    Hugs,
    Betsy

  2. I am so glad to remind you if your childhood. Have you blogged a lot about it? I noticed you have a really large following (well deserved!) - how did you do it? I would love it if more people saw my photos.

We are very blessed to have that transportation! Now, if we could get more (and some additional BETTER ones) doctors to take our van to see we would be set!
