I am Kat and have lived in the Heart of the Appalachian Mountains for 10+ yrs. I love the people, the accent, the mountains, the culture, the beauty & the abundant wildlife here. This photo blog is my view of life. Much of my day is spent at the level of doorknobs, as I am disabled & use a power wheelchair. I never dreamed I'd be able to have a grandchild due to circumstances beyond everyone's control - howecer, now I have a grandson and more in the future! Yay!
